The Scribe We Make Art Visible Andrea’s Early Art Foundation Andrea Walker is a fine artist and educator based in Cincinnati, Ohio, who specializes in contemporary realism through portraits and still lifes. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Andrea works primarily in watercolor and pastel, using traditional layering techniques to achieve realistic light and texture effects in both black and white and color compositions. Honors and Contributions Andrea’s artwork has been juried into the American Watercolor Society and the Ohio Watercolor Society in 2025. This same year, she received First Place at the Greater Cincinnati Watercolor Society Annual Show. Her work also appears in curated publications, international juried exhibitions, and private collections throughout the United States. She conducts workshops and demonstrations across the US and Canada for organizations including the Watercolor Society of Indiana and the Colored Pencil Society of America. She serves as a SCAD Mentor and Brand Ambassador for Holbein, Legion Paper, and General Pencil.
