Advertisement Requirements
Advertise in The Scribe with a graphic print ad. There are several sizes to choose from.
Design Specifications
Single column width: 1.9″ | Gutter Width: 0.2″
- Full-Page 10.25″ width x 14” length (six columns)
- Half-Page 10.25” x 7” (six columns)
- Quarter-Page 5” x 7” (three columns)
- Business Card 3.5” x 2” (two columns)
Color & Image Guidelines
- All advertisements are full color.
- All graphics must be submitted by you. We do not offer graphic design services.
- Graphics must be nearly the exact measurements listed above but if you are slightly off we will adjust for you.
Submission Policies & Deadlines
- Each edition of The Scribe only has 3 full pages available for advertising.
- All graphics must be submitted before the advertising deadline each month the 20th day.
- All ads must be pre-paid 100% in full before running.
- All sales are final. Refunds are not available once the paper is printed (usually the last Monday of each month), and we cannot retract or correct errors after publishing.

Sponsored Content / Partner Stories
In addition to print advertising, The Scribe offers opportunities for sponsored content. This is a paid service where we create or publish an article featuring your organization, event, or announcement.
This could involve:
- Publishing a press release or article you provide.
- Having our team write a feature about your event or initiative.
- Collaborating on a story highlighting your organization's connection to the arts.
Sponsored content allows for deeper engagement with our readers through storytelling, and is always clearly identified as paid promotion to maintain transparency. Pricing is customized based on the project's scope.
