AN ACTIVE MEDITATION EXPERIENCE THAT LEVERAGES CLAY AS A CONDUIT FOR SELF-REFLECTION AND DISCOVERYTransmute is a 45-minute reactive clay sculpture session accompanied by a live sound bath. Guests are guided to employ rhythmic movement to embrace the present moment, working to connect mind to body.During our session, you’ll employ reactive sculpture techniques, encouraging presence. This form of art therapy provides a forum for stress release and emotional expression.
