Diasporic Dumplings Demonstration

Diasporic Dumplings explores a sense of territory and resilience through ingredients harvested from the immediate surroundings. The event will be led by product and food designer Amanda Huynh. A short design lecture will be followed by a dumpling demonstration, showing four different "folds." Afterward, participants can enjoy complimentary catered dumplings as they explore the other projects in the gallery.
