Making Indian food at home is easy and accessible with all the right ingredients. Make classic butter chicken flavorful and flexible enough to add heat or keep it kid-friendly mild. Two vegetarian dishes: Bombay aloo (crispy curried potato dish) and a modern cumin carrot and black lentil salad with a surprising curry vinaigrette. Shawnie will demonstrate how to make dough for naan while you fry it and whip up yogurt raita. At the end of class, enjoy your meal with a glass of wine.
