Learn to make four Korean recipes with Chef Instructor Shawnie Kelley: classic beef bulgogi with thinly sliced barbecue beef; two types of mandu dumplings filled with pork and veg and a second with kimchi along and scallion-soy dipping sauce. Japchae, is a stir-fry noodle salad of sweet potato starch glass noodles and vegetables. During class, Shawnie will discuss ingredients, flavors, cooking techniques, and regional differences. At the end of class, enjoy your meal with a glass of wine.
