Chinese New Year Celebration

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with a menu that will bring luck and prosperity in 2023. Join chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley as you handmade pork and vegetable-filled dumplings symbolizing prosperity and wealth; stir-fry long noodles to ensure longevity. The third dish — Buddha’s Delight — is a rice and vegetable dish stir-fried in a rich mushroom sauce meant to bring good health. Class ends with tasty almond cookies and a glass of included wine while you enjoy your meal at the end of class.
