Asian Dumpling Workshop
In this technical workshop, you will learn to handmake flour dumpling dough that will be steamed with three fillings. We will make Chinese pork and cabbage dumplings, beef-filled Tibetan momos with a spicy red sauce, and Korean mandu, stuffed with kimchi and other vegetables. This class focuses on these three different cultures, the shaping and cinching techniques, fillings, and steaming. At the end of class, enjoy your dumplings and a salad along with a glass of wine.
