The Pith of a Tree

A solo exhibition of abstract wood art work by Melinda Rosenberg, will contain an educational component on abstraction, and how one engages with abstract art as a maker and a viewer. The exhibition is interactive via one’s phone and posted QR codes linking the viewer to audio recordings of the artist describing her process, how she came to the sticks and questions for the viewer to think about. The goal is to make abstract art more approachable and to perhaps start a dialogue.
