Outside the Box

Outside the Box, by Nisa Blackwell Turner, will exhibit at the Yellow Springs Arts Council from October 13th - November 10th. This exhibition consists of abstract paintings crafted with a variety of approaches. Her works include techniques like using masking tape, her fingers, and stencils, and incorporating leaves and coffee grounds. Nisa describes her show as “abstract painting with a little bit of whimsy!” Her opening reception and open mic is Friday, October 13th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
