New Year Champagne Celebration Surf-n-turf

Our third annual New Year Champagne Celebration with Chef Instructor, Shawnie Kelley toasts 2024 with a gourmet surf-n-turf that that you make yourself- Lobster Tail in a buttery champagne sauce and and Petit Filet with a red wine pan sauce are the stars of this meal. Sides are cheesy potato gratin and glazed root vegetables come. Class ends on a sweet note with handmade chocolate mousse. We will share few glasses of bubbly in the Mixology lab against the sparkling backdrop of Columbus' skyline.
