Hearty Entree Salads

Salads don’t have to be boring! Join chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley as you learn to make four versatile salads with variations that carry you through the year. Israeli couscous is layered with colors, textures and flavors. The second salad focuses on grains, greens, and beans tossed with a lemon yogurt dressing. The third combines pan seared prosciutto-wrapped goat cheese atop peppery greens with crusty bread. Class ends with a modern take on a salade Niçoise loaded with tuna and vegetables.
