Main entrée is a rustic, yet elegant rollatini of chicken filled with prosciutto and cheese that is rolled, baked, and sliced into pretty pinwheels. Aside of garlic and spinach orzo. For dessert, a classic affogato of espresso poured over gelato. At the end of class, enjoy your meal with a glass of wine. COST IS FOR TWO
