2024 Idabelle Firestone Fall Concert Series
Set for 3pm on Sundays in September, the 2024 Idabelle Firestone Fall Concert Series is free and open to the community:
•September 1: Dave Banks Big Band on Broadway; a swing band with soaring trumpets, vocalists and ballroom dancers. (Rain venue: Grace Church, 140 S. Main Street).
•September 8: The Singing Buckeyes; an award-winning Columbus barbershop choir. (Rain venue: Main Street Theater, 5 N. Main Street).
•September 15: Brass Band of the Western Reserve; a British-style brass band offering a variety of music. (Rain venue: Main Street Theater, 5 N. Main Street).
•September 22: Allure; a crossover classical string quartet featuring the finest graduates of Youngstown State University’s Dana School of Music. (Rain venue: Grace Church, 140 S. Main Street).
•September 29: The Texas Tenors; #1 America’s Got Talent Vocal Group takes center stage capping-off the 2024 season. (Rain venue: Columbiana High School, 700 Columbiana-Waterford Rd.).
Nestled along The Legacy Trail atop the hill across from the Firestone Pool, Idabelle Firestone’s Gathering Place & Garden features a small indoor classroom and outdoor amphitheater designed to honor the artistry of Idabelle Smith Firestone, composer, songwriter, philanthropist, gardener, mother and wife to Harvey S. Firestone, Firestone Rubber & Tire Co.
Lawn seating (please bring chairs/blankets) with limited covered seating. Handicap accessible; parking in Pool Lot with shuttle to venue.
