BLACKSMITHING - RAILROAD SPIKE KNIFE
Learn the ancient technique of Blacksmithing in this 2-day class. Students will begin with a railroad spike, then through a series of forging and hammering on an anvil they will end up with a small knife. Grinding and filing will refine the shape and edge.
This 3-hour class is offered two consecutive days, Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Pick a class that works best for you. All supplies and use of equipment are included in this unique and authentic class.
Classes are held in our new outdoor blacksmithing studio. Please dress for the weather with closed-toed shoes. A water bottle is also a good idea.
