The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) has announced a seven-show PNC Broadway in Columbus main season for 2026–27, themed “Otherworldly” and featuring five Columbus premieres. All main season productions will be staged at the Ohio Theatre in downtown Columbus. New subscriptions open June 3, 2026.

The season opens October 6–11 with Death Becomes Her, the Tony Award-winning musical comedy, followed by the six-time Tony winner Maybe Happy Ending (November 3–8). The winter schedule includes Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical (January 5–10, 2027), an Olivier and Tony Award-winning production about a World War II intelligence operation that received 88 five-star reviews in London’s West End. Disney’s Beauty and the Beast returns to touring for the first time in more than 25 years (January 30–February 7).

The back half of the season features the Tony Award-winning adaptation of The Great Gatsby (February 23–March 3), Cameron Mackintosh’s revitalized The Phantom of the Opera (May 12–23), and Alicia Keys’ Hell’s Kitchen (June 15–20), which blends Keys’ greatest hits with new original songs. Add-on options include Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical at the Palace Theatre (December 8–13), Beetlejuice (April 16–18), and Wicked (July 28–August 15).
