Toledo Opera has announced its highly anticipated 2025-2026 performance season, set to commence in October. The upcoming season will showcase two iconic main-stage productions: Georges Bizet’s dramatic masterpiece, Carmen, celebrating its 150th anniversary, and Gaetano Donizetti’s romantic comedy, The Elixir of Love. These productions promise audiences a journey through themes of desire, deception, love, and laughter, enhanced by compelling music and storytelling.
The 67th season will feature Carmen on October 10 and 12, 2025, and The Elixir of Love on February 13 and 15, 2026, both at the Valentine Theatre. Toledo Opera is also introducing ‘Opera Unlimited,’ a new subscription package offering season tickets, exclusive behind-the-scenes access, and artist meet-and-greets.
