The Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA), comprising the Toledo Symphony Orchestra, Toledo Ballet, and Toledo Jazz Orchestra, has announced its 2025–2026 performance season. The season promises a blend of classical masterpieces, popular entertainment, jazz performances, and family-friendly programming. Season subscriptions are now available, offering benefits such as discounted pricing and priority seating, with a renewal deadline of June 10, 2025.
Highlights of the season include the Toledo Symphony’s Masterworks Series featuring works by Berlioz, Mahler, and Copland, as well as guest artists like soprano Angela Meade and pianists Olga Kern and Sara Davis Buechner. The KeyBank Pops Series will present tributes to ELO and Led Zeppelin, a Broadway-themed show, and a Parisian jazz evening with Emilie-Claire Barlow. The Toledo Jazz Orchestra’s Hartmann Bogan Jazz Series kicks off with Arturo Sandoval and includes tributes to Count Basie and the Great American Songbook.
Toledo Ballet will celebrate the 85th annual presentation of _The Nutcracker_, the longest-running production of its kind in North America. The Family Series will feature _The Legend of Sleepy Hollow_, _Dr. Seuss and the Symphony_, and the ballet _Coppélia_. Special events include Handel’s _Messiah_ and an Organ Spectacular. Single tickets for all performances will go on sale July 29, 2025.
