ArtsWave announced on June 1, 2024, that its annual campaign raised $12.5 million, which the organization says is the largest total in its 97-year history. The announcement was made at a celebration held at the Taft Museum of Art in Cincinnati, where Mel Gravely, former ArtsWave board member and TriVersity executive chair, was named 2025 campaign chair.
The 2024 campaign was co-chaired by Jon Moeller, chairman, president and CEO of P&G, and Lisa Sauer, retired P&G senior vice president. A “Leaders for Cincy Arts” initiative generated $2 million from 160 business executives and community leaders through new and increased gifts of $5,000 or more.
Funds raised support more than 150 arts organizations, projects, and artists in the Cincinnati region. More than 22,000 individual donors and more than 400 companies and foundations participated in the 2024 campaign.
