ProMusica Chamber Orchestra has revealed its 2026-2027 season lineup, marking its 48th year. Under the leadership of Music Director David Danzmayr, the season promises a blend of classical masterpieces and contemporary works. The season will feature acclaimed guest artists such as harpist Anneleen Lenaerts, pianist Claire Huangci, and composer/vocalist Clarice Assad, alongside the orchestra’s Creative Partner violinist Vadim Gluzman.
Highlights of the season include performances of Mozart’s Mass in C Minor with the Columbus Choral Artists and Capital University Chapel Choir, Bach’s Orchestral Suite No. 3 paired with Arvo Pärt’s Tabula Rasa, and Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony. The season also incorporates unique programming like the NAKED CLASSICS series, which explores Schumann’s Rhenish Symphony, and features contemporary composers like Clarice Assad and Viet Cuong.
Season ticket subscriptions are now available, with packages ranging from $149 to $395. Single tickets will go on sale in July, with prices from $28 to $76. The ProMusica Chamber Orchestra aims to deliver innovative programming and artistic excellence, further engaging the Columbus community with its diverse musical offerings.
