The Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC) is offering a series of winter cooking classes for children and adults at its Cr(eat)e Culinary Studio. These classes aim to introduce participants to global cuisines, culinary techniques, and the science behind cooking.

Registration for the winter session opens on November 4, 2025. The program lineup includes classes such as “Ramen: The Ultimate Umami Bomb” and “The Art of Veggie Sushi” for the Homeschool Cooking Club, while “Asian Street Food” and “Mastering Indian Flavors” are available for families in the Junior Chefs program. An adult class, “Mediterranean Flavors: A Collaborative Experience,” is also scheduled.

The Cr(eat)e Culinary Studio, which features the Kroger Food Lab, serves as a space for participants to explore cooking as both an art and a science. The classes are designed to be hands-on, encouraging participants to prep and cook a variety of dishes while learning about their cultural and historical contexts. A free “Holiday Caroling Cuisine” pop-up class is also planned for December.
