The Cincinnati Museum Center is set to open its latest exhibition, ‘Barbie™: A Cultural Icon,’ on Friday, April 4, 2025. This new display will celebrate 66 years of the iconic doll, showcasing her evolution as a fashion trendsetter and a reflection of cultural shifts.
The exhibition will feature a collection of over 300 artifacts, offering visitors a journey through six decades of Barbie’s history. From her inception to her current status as a diverse and inspirational toy line, ‘Barbie™: A Cultural Icon’ aims to highlight the doll’s enduring impact as a global phenomenon and a symbol of inspiration for generations.
