Mutual Dance Theatre announced its 2025-2026 season “Embrace: A Season of Connection” on July 8, 2025. The Cincinnati company, formed from the 2021 merger of Contemporary Dance Theater and MamLuft&Co. Dance, presents four productions from October 2025 through May 2026.

The season features two guest companies making their Cincinnati debuts: Deeply Rooted Dance Theater of Chicago (October 3-4, 2025) and Yue Yin Dance Company of New York City (February 20-21, 2026). Resident company productions include Up-Close (December 4-13, 2025) and Modern Mix (May 1-2, 2026), featuring work by a Princess Grace Honoraria recipient.

“Embrace is more than a season theme: it’s an invitation,” said Artistic and Executive Director Jeanne Mam-Luft. Performances take place at the Jefferson James Foundation Performing Space.
