Heights Arts announced three summer 2026 exhibitions on June 3. “Colorburst,” which opened May 21, is the annual student-curated show organized by Cleveland Heights High School interns Amia Frazier and Evelyn Marinelli. “Beyond Perception” opens June 18 and features artists whose work is shaped by experiences of disability, illness, and recovery.
Artists in “Beyond Perception” include Meg Matko (interdisciplinary sculpture and performance), Kristi Copez (ceramics), Cere Bellow (multimedia work using natural dyes and earth-derived materials), Andrew Reach (digital art and sculptural hybrids created after spinal disease), and Regina E. Dorfmeyer (a visually impaired, self-taught finger painter).
The Spotlight Gallery, also opening June 18, features Amelia Casiano’s mixed-media exploration of cultural identity from a Puerto Rican and Cleveland perspective. Heights Arts is located at 2175 Lee Road in Cleveland Heights.
