The Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC) has announced the spring schedule for its Cr(eat)e Culinary Studio featuring the Kroger Food Lab. Building on the success of its initial programs, CMC will offer classes for aspiring young chefs, covering a range of culinary skills from classic recipes like omelets and pizza to more advanced dishes such as sushi and cacio e pepe.

These hands-on programs, designed for both children cooking independently and those cooking with an adult, aim to explore the science, history, and cultural significance behind various foods. Sessions are structured to teach fundamental cooking techniques while delving into the chemistry of cooking and the origins of different cuisines. Registration for the spring programs opens on January 19th.
