The 2025 Columbus Arts Festival ran June 6-8 along Columbus’ downtown riverfront, featuring more than 250 exhibiting and emerging artists. The festival is produced by the Greater Columbus Arts Council and presented by the American Electric Power Foundation.

Of the artists invited, 46 are from Ohio, drawn from a pool of 1,035 applicants. The festival also included 20 artists in the Emerging Festival Artist program, created in 2011 for central Ohio artists with limited or no experience at national festivals. Programming included four performance stages featuring music, dance, theater, and spoken word; Fashion As Art on the main stage Friday evening; the Big Local Arts Village at the Franklinton entrance, sponsored by Bank of America; and a children’s activities area. Arts Festival director Alexis Perrone noted the festival saw record crowds in 2024.
